Tonia Furniss-Roe is a native of North Carolina, born in Greensboro. She is a graduate of Guilford College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. Tonia joined McKinney Justice, Perry & Coalter in 2001. She worked as a real estate paralegal until she was promoted to Office Manager in 2004.

Jonathan H. Ervin was born in Winston-Salem, NC and raised in Edenton, NC. Jonathan earned an AAS degree from Pitt Community College and transferred to N.C. State University where he earned a BS degree in Horticultural Science. After working in the Horticultural industry for six years, Jonathan decided to pursue a career as a Paralegal, where he felt he could help others. In October 2005, while enrolled in the Paralegal Technology Program at Guilford Technical Community College, Jonathan joined McKinney & Justice. Having earned an AAS degree in Paralegal Technologies, Jonathan is currently the Criminal Law Paralegal at McKinney, Justice, Perry + Coalter. In addition, he manages the office file systems.
