Would be great to have the office phone numbers on the home page, vs. individual attorney's bio pages.

We found McKinney & Justice in 2003. It was the best investment in legal counseling we could have made. In a time when some firms may take advantage of their clients by telling them what they "want" to hear and not what they "need" to hear and not committing to properly representing those that hire them, McKinney and Justice are a breath of fresh air. They will diligently work at what they are hired to do. I found even the attorneys who were not specialists in our particular legal need were willing to step up and expedite matters. The 3 years we had M+J as legal representation there was not always good news coming our way but we still knew that they were diligently working at what they were hired to do. I highly recommend M+J for your legal needs and you will also find in time that you won't have any regrets.

No, Maria. Bad credit is not a typical basis for a green card to be denied. However, remember these 2 things: (1) a person who is or may become a "public charge" is inadmissible -- so while bad credit will not result in the denial of a green card, getting on the public dole will. (2) The act of granting a green card in the United States is discretionary. That means a person can be technically qualified for a green card, and yet denied because Immigration determines the applicant is not deserving of one. If Immigration were to discover that an applicant failed to pay a bunch of creditors, that could form the basis for a discretionary denial.
