Three attorneys at McKinney & Justice, PA have experience in the criminal courts. Scott Coalter is the primary criminal litigator. Scott is a certified specialist in the field of criminal law. His experience includes both the state and federal courts. Scott is a former Assistant District Attorney. He is a gifted trial attorney having several recent successes that have resulted in dismissals or not guilty verdicts for his clients.
Chris Justice also maintains a criminal caseload. Chris has experience in all of the district court trial courts to include criminal, traffic, juvenile delinquency, neglect, dependency, and abuse, civil, and child support. Jeremy McKinney also has criminal law experience that has served him well in his removal defense (deportation) practice.
