In most cases, our office charges a flat fee for representation in connection with a case. This flat fee is based on the estimated number of hours an average case of a particular type generally requires. At the point of hire we request that you pay the flat fee before we start working on your case (payment plans may be available upon request and a signed mutual agreement). We accept all major Credit Cards.
