McKinney Justice Perry & Coalter partner Scott Coalter was quoted in the Greensboro News & Record recently about his representation of one of the men charged in a triple homicide earlier this year.
Scott was quoted in the article as saying that sometimes people are in the wrong place at the wrong time, and determining whether they have committed a crime depends on their mental state.
“Sometimes it takes a while to sort those things out,” he said.
“We are obviously hopeful that at some point the state will come to the conclusion that Ayun is a witness.”
